Carol's Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef (originally used 80/20 mix)
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 slices of bread cubed and soaked in milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sauteed onions, diced small
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Mix together, then brown in a sautee pan with olive oil until a bit crispy on at least two sides. Add to sauce and simmer all day.
